Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and service-focused Medical Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. Key Responsibilities

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner.
- Answer incoming calls, route inquiries, take messages, and provide accurate front desk support.
- Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments using office systems.
- Verify patient information, update records, and maintain accurate administrative documentation.
- Support check-in and check-out processes while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative team members to support efficient daily office operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $26 to $27 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Los Angeles, CA.
