Mint Workforce is hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a growing onsite employee health center in Mobeetie, Texas . Bring your ER, primary care, and occupational health experience to a varied role combining everyday patient care, injury evaluation, and emergency response.

We need a provider who can function independently, especially in emergency situations , with confidence assessing patients, initiating appropriate care, and coordinating further treatment.

• Approximately $3,060–$3,240/week before taxes , based on 36 paid hours

• Support from an LVN, MA, Reception, and RN Health Center Manager
• A project anticipated to run 3–5 years , offering potential for continued assignments
• Primary care without ongoing chronic condition management

Schedule & Setting

• Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–6:30 PM
• Preferred staffing: Two providers working approximately 36 hours/week each, with scheduling flexibility
• Population: Initially approximately 400, expected to grow to 2,500 or more

Individual shifts and contract terms will be discussed during the recruiting process.

What You’ll Do

• Provide primary care for acute illnesses and everyday health concerns
• Evaluate and treat occupational injuries
• Independently assess and respond to onsite medical emergencies within your scope of practice
• Coordinate referrals, emergency transfers, and additional care
• Provide patient education and collaborate with the onsite team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

What We’re Looking For

• ER, primary care, and occupational health experience required
• Texas APRN licensure or ability to obtain before starting
• Current national NP board certification appropriate to the role
• Ability to function independently, particularly during emergencies
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, triage, and emergency response skills
• ACLS required, with support provided to meet the requirement
• A collaborative approach and willingness to travel to Mobeetie
